MISTAKE TO AVOID



Heeeeeyyyyyyy people. I hope you are in shape. This is me, Stephane and it's a pleasure to talk to you today


You have been many to wonder if I had any tips for beginners and teenagers who were beginning fitness.




"Practice fitness at 16 is bad for grow ?"

/ * Well people I repeat one last time! According to this theorem if we practice basketball, it will grow. If we does fitness, we will slow growth. Any questions, right?!? exam tomorrow * /

The truth is that fitness not interfere with the size and may even promote bone growth. After that's for sure, if you are 16 and you do 6,000 hours at the gym per week and you do squat at 200kg, it's clear your spine may become caked a little bit so if you want to end up like Professor Xavier in X-Men, I advice you not to load as an animal for squat and really control your movement.


"I'm 16, can I start fitness ?"


From the moment your health and physical are good, there is no age to start fitness. You can even go to the gym directly. Personally I started fitness at 22 years old, I was over 10 years of Taekwondo and it's true, practice sports early gives you good foundation for the future. After as I've said, you have to just pay attention to the proper execution of your movements.

"Making full body or split when you start ?"

Personally when I started fitness, I started directly with the split but it's true that today, many beginners start with full body and have very good results. Based on 3 training per week and exercises like deadlift; bench press or squat. You can do full body for a few weeks, just to manage good movements and to know the exercises and then go on a split. In any case, regardless of the method as a beginner, from the time you do your exercises properly, you will necessarily progress and become huge !!!



"I can't eat what I want"


/ * In a cafeteria - What? Cheese's sandwich ?!? You don't have rice and chicken ? I'm mass gain, you honestly think I'll take your stupid cheese's sandwich ? You think it's easy to me ? Call me the director, the director, right now !!! * /

If you are at school or at work, unfortunately for lunch, sometimes you have no choice, you have to eat either in the cafeteria or in the self or follow your friends at McDonald's. And between the ham/butter sandwich that must contain a maximum of 0.5 g protein and a pasta box you will end in 2 seconds.



 This is often a struggle to find something to eat and who will help you make the masses. The only answer I can give you is to prepare a good big saucepan of thai's rice and buy a small can of tuna and turkey breast slice. And in the morning when you wake up, you go to your refrigerator, take the pan, take a Tupperware, put the rice in it, 2-3 slices of turkey or tuna and salad and you will have your meal at noon.


"Taking supplements to improve ?"



Supplements can be a good help for muscle recovery, but it's a saver time and money because at 10 you're not going to prepare your meal, you take the little shaker at 10 am and it's good. It's not that that will make you a superhero's body, you're not going to take in one month of shaker 10kg of muscle and lift a 200kg bench press once and be forced to buy new t-shirt because you broke it when you contracting your biceps. The effects of supplements will really be on the long term so at first, learn to eat a lot and well and managing your diet and this is what will really help you progress.

"Be shredded or mass gain ?"


People, Ok you are beginner and you are damn lucky because just go to the gym, no matter what your diet you will do, you gain muscles and burn fat. You don't have to worry about be shredded or mass gain. The simple act of going to the gym will literally make you physically change and after 2-3 years of fitness you're going to find that you start having more and more trouble gaining muscle, then where you'll think about doing a mass gain or shredded. The only advice I can give you is to be regular. Don't say? "Hi Yeah, it's Stephane.....today..... I could't go to gym.... I will see my girlfriend". Noooooo!!! First, you go to the gym and then you go to see your girlfriend(This advise is available for girls too !!!!!!).

"Be patient"



First congratulations because you decided to do fitness, sport where you have to be more patient in the WORLD !!!!!

 I know people who are wondering after 2 weeks of training why they have their right trapezius 1 cm above their left trapezius. The body changes, your body changes, continue to train, don't take your head and think about it after a year. After a year, see the strengths and weaknesses that you can improve. And instead of sending pictures of you in front of the mirror topless to girls on the Snapchat, keep the pictures and look at them every month to see your evolution.

"Fitness vs Life"



This is a common question for me. "Can I drunk, stoned, tipsy, high ? Can I drink alcohol in the evening?"

In fact the answer will depend of your goals. If you want a goal to have girls at club or be almost shredded in the summer, then you can afford to drink a little alcohol and make McDonald's 1-2 times a week but if your goal is to be very clean and shredded with little 6-pack abs and the famous and the coveted small vein on the biceps then you will find the right settings. After, of course it's possible to join two each at different aspirations and a different lifestyle. The most important is that everyone takes pleasure in going to the gym and everyone gets to reach its objectives.
